Everything Hosts Ask Us

Where does Vista serve?

Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Marin County, and San Francisco. Select engagements are accepted throughout Northern California — just ask.

What comes with every booking?

Licensed and insured bartenders, the handcrafted portable bar, a full ice program, glassware matched to the menu, all tools and consumables, and complete setup and breakdown.

Who purchases the alcohol?

Typically the host, guided by our shopping list calibrated to your menu and guest count. It’s a meaningful savings compared to marked-up packages — and every unopened bottle remains yours.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Certificates of insurance are available for your venue upon request, and every bartender is professionally certified.

How far in advance should we book?

Peak wine country dates — May through October weekends — often book several months out. Reach out as soon as you have a date; we’ll tell you honestly what’s available.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is tailored to each event based on package, guest count, and enhancements, and provided in a written proposal. A deposit reserves your date; the balance is due before the event.

What size events do you serve?

From intimate dinners for ten to estate weddings for several hundred. Staffing and bar stations scale to keep service unhurried at any size.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Yes — our zero-proof program composes non-alcoholic cocktails with the same care as the classics, so every guest holds something worth raising.

What do you need from our venue?

Very little: a level footprint for the bar and reasonable access for load-in. We plan layout, power, and water needs with you or your venue before arrival day.

Can we do a tasting first?

For weddings and larger celebrations, yes — a private tasting session lets you approve every signature pour in advance.
